Make sure the board is well-lit, fully visible in the camera frame, and photographed from directly above. Avoid glare on glossy boards and busy backgrounds around the edges. If detection still fails, you can set up the position manually using FEN instead.
Restoring a purchase
If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, open the Premium/subscription screen and use the "Restore Purchases" option. Purchases are tied to your Google Play or Apple ID account, not to the device.
Cancelling a subscription
On Android, open the Google Play Store app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, and select Chess Next Move Calculator AI. On iOS, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, and select Chess Next Move Calculator AI.
